早前收到客人傳來既照片,話係用老舖混醬煮既,希望同各位老友記開心share。

客人話自己只係隨心落混醬,1、2匙已經好夠味,唔駛再加太多其他調味。以下係佢提供既煮法,分享比大家參考一下:

1. 肉就加左少少豉油略醃
2. 以薑、蒜起鑊,加紅椒、黃椒、菠蘿及少許麻油快炒,差不多熟落肉加混醬只少少菠蘿水快炒兩下、關火等多一下落碟食得😝

So easy! 佢讚混醬好百搭,唔係只係用黎「炆」咁單一嘅!🤭
