頭抽入饌 零舍不同

識得用,其實好好用。。。我係講僅老舖頭抽呀!☺️

話說老友記知道老舖缺相出post,二話不說send左兩張佢親自下厨既住家菜相片,話餸菜都只係用醬油調味喎。咁樣,梗係要同大家介紹一下啦😋
上圖:「露荀雞肉」- 老友記話只用頭抽、蔴油調味
下圖:「香煎豬扒拼西蘭花」- 老友記只放幾滴頭抽响已煎好既豬扒已ok

唔好再只係靠豉油咸唔咸來決定豉油既好壞!一支靚豉油,你可以嘗出咸味以外既東西😋

留意:老舖頭抽味濃且色深,以醬入饌時不要像使用其他醬油一樣重手啊!
